Vintage Fly In – October!
The fifth of our 2023 Vintage Fly Aircraft Fly Ins and first of the Autumn where all pre-1970’s aircraft get one free landing. In addition, pilots and passengers dressed in their vintage garb will receive a complimentary soft drink or cuppa.
Do feel free to visit us by land if you have a Vintage or Classic vehicle. We always like to see a good selection of classic cars on our Vintage Fly In days and even better if the drivers wear vintage outfits, too!
If you missed the summer Vintage Fly Ins, no problem… come on up to Compton Abbas Airfield (by land or air!) and view the wonderful machines from the golden age of flying at our beautiful hilltop airfield. Bring the family and enjoy hearty local fare cooked in our fire ovens or a refreshing glass of Gritchie beer from our bar.
Our October Vintage Fly In will warm your heart and soul.
